Also, the product had not been on the market long so we will see if it has long term staying power. Like most exercises, results can vary on how much you actually use the product. I would compare it to lifting weights. Ten people can be subject to the same work out and after two months their bodies will react to it differently. The same is true with the Neckline Slimmer. As I researched the Neckline Slimmer complaints I found that they were not complaints that the product did not work but rather about customer service.
