Every summer my friends and I seem to face the same problem: How to we get a cool sweet frozen treat without eating high calorie ice cream? I have always had a sweet tooth and that has proven to be a challenge when it comes to getting in all my recommended servings of fruits and vegetables. I was given a Health Master last Christmas by a good friend of mine and decided to see if I could make a cool summer drink to satisfy my sweet tooth and sneak in a few servings of vegetables too.
Health Master has proven to be a great kitchen tool for not just smoothies and shakes, but for soups, mincing fresh herbs, chopping ingredients for dip and salsa, too. Health Master is a great gift for anyone going away to college. I use my Health Master just about every day.
While the parts are very durable its also good to know that replacements can always be ordered in case there is ever a problem. It is small, easy to clean, lightweight and can be packed easily for storage or travel. This Mother’s Day I am thinking about getting one for my Mom and Aunt. I really have enjoyed using my Health Master and think that everyone should give it a try. I used my Health Master just to make smoothies at first and as the months went on I realized that Health Master is great for fun recipes all year long. It has added a fun element to cooking that I never had before.
I definitely noticed that I am getting more experience making food and found out how enjoyable cooking can be when the preparation is so fun and easy. I think my favorite creation so far is a banana strawberry yogurt smoothie. No matter how many new recipes I try there are certain staples I have come across that I don’t know what I did without all these years before getting my Health Master.
Health Master is not just great for college kids but also for children and the elderly, especially to make sure that they are getting the proper daily amount of fruits and vegetables.
