Cleaning with Kaboom can save you many hours of scouring and sweating over removing residues from bathroom appliances. Kaboom is the generic name of a line of cleaning products such as the Bowl Blaster Foaming Toilet Cleaner, the Shower, Tub and Tile Cleaner, the Ultra Scrub and Scrub Free!, the refillable continuous toilet cleaning system. I’ve got the whole Kaboom line and I was impressed with the Bowl Blaster. Keeping the toilet clean and shiny, without those tough stains that form with time, is very difficult, as it requires a lot of scouring. It’s also a dirty job, at least for me, because I always needed to touch the bowl for getting it completely clean.
With the Kaboom foam, a toilet brush is all that’s needed to obtain sparkling cleanliness. Just one third capful of powder produces plenty of active foam which loosens stains within minutes. After that, I only need to brush a little bit on tougher ones, flush it and that’s all. If you don’t feel like using a brush at all, just pour one capful of powder and allow the foam about 20 minutes to act, then flush the toilet to have it all cleaned. However, one should be aware that this product acts only on the stains inside the toilet bowl. For cleaning the rim, you need another Kaboom As Seen On TV product, either the Ultra Scrub or the Shower, Tub and Tile cleaner. The best part of these cleaning products is that they are healthier than ammonia-based or acid ones, while being as efficient. I use Kaboom for cleaning the sink, the faucets, the tub and that nasty lime in the shower and I’m pleased with its efficiency on those stubborn soap scum, grime and hard water stains that used to drive me crazy. I’ve found the Kaboom Ultra Scrub scouring cream to be the most efficient. As far as I’ve noticed, Kaboom cleaners fade fabrics, so make sure you wear work clothes while doing the cleaning, in order to avoid ruining your outfits. Although it doesn’t attack the skin, it’s better to use gloves and to avoid getting in touch with the product. Otherwise, Kaboom is very convenient because it doesn’t smell and because it is safe even on septic systems. Although slightly more expensive than other household cleaning products, the Kaboom ranger is so efficient that the same quantity would last longer than in case of a common cleaner, therefore paying more means actually paying less in this case.
