Not Just Another Neckline Slimmer Review
As Seen On Tv Products are designed to solve life’s little problems. The Neckline Slimmer is a beauty tool that is meant to tighten the muscles in your face, neck and chin. As we age, many of us get the dreaded double chin. This happens even to those of us that are healthy and lead active lifestyles. There are medical options to treat the double chin syndrome but there are very expensive. That is why the Neckline Slimmer has been so successful.
How Does It work?
The small device works on resistance. The Neckline slimmer is about four inches tall when the shaft is fully extended. One end of the device rests against your sternum while the other padded end is at your chin. You simply force your chin down against the pressure of the Neckline Slimmer. The NS comes with different springs for variable levels of resistance. The instructions call for doing these exercises for your chin for less than five minutes a day. In reality is a very simple idea that can help you feel less self conscious about your neck and chin. You can start to see results as you strengthen the underlying muscles of your chin, cheeks and neck.
What you get
For $19.95 you get one Neckline Slimmer unit with three springs to give you varied levels of resistance. Does it work?
There is science behind the Neckline Slimmer and like most As Seen On TV products it has mixed reviews. Also, the product had not been on the market long so we will see if it has long term staying power. Like most exercises, results can vary on how much you actually use the product. I would compare it to lifting weights. Ten people can be subject to the same work out and after two months their bodies will react to it differently. The same is true with the Neckline Slimmer. Worst case, you make no improvements. You aren’t going to do any damage to yourself by trying.
Many people have complained on websites and bulletin boards saying things like Neckline Slimmer scam. As I researched the Neckline Slimmer complaints I found that they were not complaints that the product did not work but rather about customer service. Most people felt ripped off that they were charged an extra 7.95 shipping charge for the bonus cream item. I do agree that this is a little shady by the company to try and make extra money on the cream but I also have to question the intelligence of the people who act surprised when this happens. It clearly says in the infomercial and on the ordering page that you will be charged extra. It is very important to pay attention to the fine print when buying any consumer product, especially those from As Seen On TV commercials.
One thing I found odd about the Neckline Slimmer was the fact that it does not come with a guarantee. Most products these days do. We like to see companies stand behind their products and are a little disappointed that the company has no such policy.
