This soft, comfortable pillow can be used to support your neck, your back, your knees, your shoulder, or your ankles. For example, you can lock the pillow in place and put it around your neck. This gives you support while watching TV or while traveling in a plane, train or car so that when you arrive at your destination, you won’t have a sore neck. When you are sitting at your desk at work, you can twist the Total Pillow into the perfect lumbar support so that you sit properly while you work. At the end of the work day your back won’t be sore, if you use the Total Pillow. You can use it while you sleep at night to support your knees, ankles, neck or shoulders too.

When you buy a Total Pillow, it comes with a compress that can be frozen for a cold compress or put in the microwave for a hot compress. The compress comes with a soft, fleece cover that fits into the pillow for added comfort. Also, if you buy a Total Pillow today, you can get another pillow and compress for free. You do, however, have to pay separate shipping and handling for the second pillow.

The Total Pillow costs around $20, and the shipping and handling costs around $8, so the whole product costs around $40 when you get the second pillow for free. Some customers have not been satisfied with the Total Pillow, and they claim that the product broke or ripped at the seams, and that all the beads fell out. Others claim that they were overcharged.
