For just $19.99 plus shipping and handling, the Supreme 90 Day is a series of workout videos that claim to “kick your butt” into shape. The Supreme 90 Day workout videos guarantee to transform your body from flab to fab in just 90 days by using muscle confusion technology to avoid the typical performance plateau seen in most other workouts. Your Supreme 90 Day order also comes with Supreme Nutrition, authored by a New York Times bestseller, to help you see results and maintain your new body through healthy eating.

The ten-disc workout series means you won’t be bored of doing the same exercises over and over for the next 90 days. The creators of the Supreme 90 Day exercise program also believe their workout videos are so exciting that even your muscles will stay interested, eliminating the annoying plateau many exercises undoubtedly experience from time to time. The program uses muscle confusion to keep your body a fat burning, muscle building machine with optimized metabolism which means you’ll burn more fat and calories than other exercise programs. You’ll see results faster, and with the included progress tracker, you’ll stay motivated because you can watch your body transformation and feel good about it.

Does all of this sound too good to be true? If you are a couch potato, the Supreme 90 Day is not the exercise program you want to begin with. The results of the Supreme 90 Day are truly amazing, but they are based on people who are already in relatively good shape and want to sculpt and tone their bodies. The Supreme 90 Day is an intense workout that is not meant for newcomers to exercise. If you think you can jump off the couch and immediately begin the 90 Day then you will be sorely disappointed.

The As Seen On Tv workout DVDs will show many users results within 90 days, many will see results after the first couple weeks. The free add-ons to the program make even better to use because you can learn how to optimize your nutrition and track your progress each day.

Don’t expect to recieve your order on time. I paid for expedited handling (3-5 days) and now am told it will take 6 weeks. Not happy so far.

This program is great! I ordered it online at the official site and only paid $19.99 plus shipping not two payments of 19.99. I did not opt for the free shipping. It took a while to arrive because of the backlog of orders. Ordered it Dec 17,2010 and it arrived around the 22 of January 2011.

I received Supreme90. I too was a little skeptical. I am now on day 12 -I really do like the workouts. To be blunt, I do not care if they charge $19 or two payments of $19 as I feel the workouts are that good. In the past, I have completed P90X (I like the workouts but the long time requirements and all the talking/ramble get annoying on the second and third time around.) I also have done Insanity (Sean T) – he is great and provides for a great workout however they are almost too hard after the first time through (I am not 22 anymore) I like Chalean too -however, her workouts seem a little light. Supreme90 is a nice mix. So far each workout is about 30 minutes or so. I do like the warm-ups and cool-downs -with P90x I found them to be long and boring -so after I while I skipped them which resulted in me pulling back muscles twice. In Supreme90 I really like the work with the stability ball -never used one before – a very nice touch. So far, no pull-ups – man they work however I am my late 40′s – I can do 15 pullups now -when I started P90X I could do zero (but I still hate them.) Supreme90 is really a nice change. Further, I think it something that I can keep up with for several iterations. I am very surprised. I really like (I think Tom) which is nice that I am not sure of his name as the workouts are about me and not Tony, Sean T, Chalean, or Tom. It looks like Supreme90 used workout models (and chose well) for the Videos -not sure what I think about that. However, there are some hot women – my wife says that men are hot too (but I would not know about that.) Do note that that video quality and production is not a smooth/professioal as the BeachBody producted videos (but still good enough for the job) -BeachBody really do a great job (except for Tony’s one-on-one -yeah I have that too) which is not all that good. I do really like Supreme90 -what is a nice surprise.
Do note however that the packaging is crap, the meal plan is crap (save yourself on that one and go to UHaul and get some boxes -eat them instead if you really insist on using the Supreme90 meal plan) nobody can eat that crap -but who cares. I have enough meal plan stuff from Tony, Sean T, and Chalean (again BeachBody is tough to beat in this area.) To the ones that say Supreme90 is based on P90X – not a chance. They are COMPLETELY different. For whatever all the above is worth. I like it – I hope that they do more.

I ordered the Supreme 90 through Best Buy. Someone online posted the Sku # for Best Buy and I literally got my order in 3 or 4 days. Did not pay for expedited shipping. For the price the DVD’s are great. This coming from someone that paid $70 for Insanity DVD which was good but too hard for me!
Cost was $27 after taxes and shipping.

I just went to Dick’s Sporting Goods and bought it off the shelf for $19.99, no s/h (just the cost to drive there). It’s tough, but I think it’ll be good. Can’t wait to see the results after 90 days.

  7. I have bout supreme 90 at dicks sporting goods for 19.99 plus tax. On week one now

FANTASTIC! I agree with Delta, P90X is amazing, but very time consuming!! I don’t have that much time. This is a fantastic workout. My wife and I are on week three. Also purchased it at a store for $19.99 and yes, the packaging isn’t the best.

I only have two concerns. One is the repetition of workouts from day to day. A few workouts overlap, working the same muscles groups, two or three days in a row.

Two the warm-ups and cool-downs are not specific to the workouts! P90X did a much better job of warming up and cooling down the muscles you actually used, where with Supreme 90 Day, it’s the same warm-up/cool-down no matter what.

Overall, minor concerns that are easily fixed. 4 out of 5 from my standpoint.
